Thank you for shopping with HAUS OF SMELL. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we process and deliver your orders.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

 

Domestic (United States): 3-7 business days after processing.

International: 7-21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs processing.

 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the delivery carrier or customs office.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@hausofsmell.com.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

HAUS OF SMELL is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
